Welcome to NoBS Game Guyses: Arcadion M2 Savage Guide
Introduction
Welcome to NoBS Game Guyses! Let’s go and have a look at the most common raid plan for the Arcadion M2 Savage.
First things first, to better understand what’s happening in the first minutes of this raid, you have to memorize these four casts:
- Honey B Line: When the boss casts Honey B Line (which looks like this), you have to maneuver out and then back in.
- Tempting Twist: If the boss casts Tempting Twist (which looks like this), you have to dodge in and then out.
- Splash Venom or Drop Venom: Splash is for spread, and Drop Venom means that you have to stack with your pair at your designated positions.
Initial Mechanics
Right after Call Me Honey (a very simple red-white AoE), the boss will cast Splash or Drop.
- In this example, she casts Splash, so we memorize that we have to spread.
- After that comes either B Line or Twist. This time it was B Line, so we dodge out, then in, and while maneuvering back in, we go to our designated positions for spread.
Next, she will cast Drop, so we memorize that we stack with a pair. After that, she casts Twist, which means we dodge in and then out. While going out, we stack with our pair for Drop.
Key Note on Randomness
These four casts (Honey B Line, Tempting Twist, Splash Venom, and Drop Venom) are completely random, and you have to watch the cast to dodge properly every time.
Tank Busters and Bats
After this comes a simple Tank Buster, which will either be a cleave or a stack.
- Nothing special here: just use regular mitigation, take the correct positions, and prepare for the first bat.
There will be three bats in total. It is very important to note:
They hit very hard with raid-wide damage.
Everyone should use their mitigation to help healers recover.
The first bat looks easy, but the next two will hit like a truck. Practice using:
- Reprisal for tanks,
- Feint for melee DPS,
- and Addle for magical ranged DPS.
Center Stage or Outer Stage Mechanics
Next comes a scary but very easy mechanic with two variations:
- Center Stage Combo:
- Dodge by first going in between the pink lines close to the boss, then moving backwards, and finally sidestepping left or right.
- Outer Stage Combo:
- The same as Center Stage but backwards. Start from behind, maneuver left or right, then go close to the middle.
Tip for the main tank and healers: Right after this, the boss will start auto-attacking, so you must use mitigation.
Tower Mechanics
The next mechanic involves towers.
- Stay spread at your positions, and clear towers without reaching four hearts.
- In general, melee players should take the closest towers, while ranged DPS handle the far-off towers.
Stack Marker
After the tower mechanic, a player will be marked for stack:
- If you have two hearts, go in and stack with them.
- If you have three stacks, stay away.
Key Notes:
- Every time a player collects four hearts, they get stunned, the boss receives a damage buff for the rest of the fight, and it restores 1% HP.
Alarm Peron Phase
Next, let’s understand Alarm Peron:
- Bees spawn randomly around the arena and target random players at their current location.
- Even though the spawn location and target are random, you can bait their attack by standing together.
Strategies:
- Mario Kart:
- Everyone stacks north and rotates clockwise after the first bee attack.
- Middle First:
- Everybody stands in the middle for the first three baits, then adjusts into safe spots.
Both strategies are viable—choose what works best for your group.
Final Thoughts
After the Alarm Peron phase, the boss will return to the middle for phase changes. Remember:
- Watch out for Splash (spread) or Drop (stack). Use macros if needed to recall what mechanic is coming later.
Finally, resolve mechanics as explained throughout the fight. Use mitigation for heavy raid-wide damage, and remember to stay calm and execute the plan step-by-step.
