After several hours of playing Hades 2 I found this build to be the one with the most consistency, Fun and easy gameplay for beginners!
We might come across some minor spoilers while i am showing you how this build works so continue with causion.
There is only 1 major boon you will need to make this work, other than that the rest of them are all pretty flexible.
The Number 1 boon is Hestia’s Hearth Gain, which will replentish rapidly our Mana.
In case you’ll have terrible luck and you can’t aquire it early consider Zeus’s Ionic Gain and Posidon’s Fluid Gain as alternatives.
With any of these you will have your Mana problems covered.
Next you want to boost Your Omega Attack.
for those who are totally new, The charged Actions in hades 2 are Called Omega.
Omega Attack is the Charged square attack
Omega Special is the Charged Triangle
and Omega Cast is your Charged circle.
the best option to boost your Omega Attack to find The Double Caraclysm boon from Deadalus Hammer.
It will double the frontal attack and remove the backward attack completly.
Those 2 boons alone are all you need to make this work.
I will now mention several more boons that will make this build overpower Plus my recommented hex.
Again for those who are new to Hades 2, Hex’s are Ultimate abilities you can cast after spending the nessesary Mana.
you can aquire your Hex from Selene. Once you have it you can see it charging, on the buttom left corner of your screen.
onces you have spend enough mana you can press left button to activate.
There are several fun hexes you can choose, my personal favourites are Dark Side and Total Eclipse.
Dark side will transform you and change your spells for a few seconds but the most important part is that it will make you immune to damage. It only requires you to spend 90 mana to cast it which means you can become immune and deal free damage every 5 Omega attacks.
Total eclipse is more fun, Total eclipse will drop a huge comet in the targeted area after 4 seconds and it will deal insane amounts of damage. It is hard to land it though and it cost 200 mana to cast so i leave it up to you if you want to use it over some other Hexs.
Vampiric Cataclysm is the Boon that without a doubt will get you to the last boss.
This boon will restore you 5hp per enemy kill with your Omega Attack, making you unkillable in the regular encounters and it will restore you some of your hp on bossfights when they spawn reinforsments.
Another Great boon you can combine for more damage is Aphrodite Flutter Strike, which will make your attacks do more damage if you are closer to the enemy.
With this you can play as if you are carring a shotgun for tons of damage.
Next one again from aphrodite’s Boons i recommend Rapture Ring. This boon will help you stack your opponents to then one shot them with your Omega Attack.
You can also combine this with any boon that makes your Omega Cast a range ability, like Hestia’s Glowing Coal, zeus’s Lightning lance and etc to stack your opponents from afar.
lastly i hightly recommend Lavender Dress Buff from Arachne, that will Charge your Omega attack 40% faster.
In conclusion, You just have to get a Boon that will restore you MP fast and then take advantage of your Omega Attack which is very strong and safe to use with this weapon.
