This Achilles build will allow you to one shot your opponents in both Jungle and Arena.
Starter Item for Conquest and Arena should be Bumba’s Hammer
Jotunn”’s Revenge is your go-to for the first item for its great stats and cdr passive.
Hydra’s Lament is a key item multiply your basic attack damage after every ability.
Oath Sworn Spear Will reduce your opponents armor with every ability as well.
The Crusher Will boost your abilities damage even more based on your Strength.
Heartseeker is a very good meta item that will boost your damage based on your strength and your opponents hp
And Finally Titan’s bane is your go to for last item that will carry you on Late Game.
Pendulum Blade An active item that will reduce the cooldowns of your abilities by 3 seconds.
Brawler’s Run if you want to have anti-heal.
The Reaper A lifesteal choice that will also boost your damage if you are taking kills.

Achilles is currently one of the strongest users of Hydra’s Lament due to his third ability, Combat Dodge.
The passive effect of Hydra’s Lament empowers your next basic attack after casting an ability. Combat Dodge allows Achilles to dash in a chosen direction, activating the passive once. Then, you can press it again to throw a spear, triggering the passive a second time.
If the spear lands on an enemy god, the ability’s cooldown will fully reset. This enables you to repeat the combo twice in a row, applying four empowered basic attacks within the sequence.
If you ask me, this interaction will likely be nerfed in future patches. Keep in mind that this video was recorded on day one of Achilles’ release.
